The Big Bang Theory: The Financial Permeability
Sheldon’s willingness to lend money to Penny really surprised me. It was a genuinely nice thing to do. He didn’t ask for interest or set an aggressive payback date or anything. That just doesn’t seem like him at all.
I love the way Penny became paranoid about the money she took. Misconstruing totally harmless looks into glares and accusations.
Poor Leonard. He does something nice and it backfires on him. That was a major thing he did talking to Penny’s ex about the money he owed her. It even cost him an IOU on the forehead for Pete’s sake.
I’m curious to see how things go with Penny and the ex. If it will end up after one date in a huge fight or if he’ll be around for a while. Guess I’ll just have to wait and see.
Just remember if you’re short on cash there’s always a couple of $50s in Green Lanterns a@#. Did you love the can with the snakes guarding Sheldon’s money?
The Big Bang Theory is on Mondays at 8pm PST on CBS.
