Chuck: Chuck versus The Lethal Weapon

nup_133337_0333OK, tell me you guys cracked up when Chuck’s foot got caught in the window.  That was so funny to me I almost wasn’t paying attention to what everyone else was doing.  I remember when I saw the preview last week with the gun that I knew it was going to go horribly wrong but when I saw him flailing on the ground I laughed out loud.

I also thought it was hilarious when Chuck had his cast on and was chasing the guy with the cane.  I mean seriously, a chase scene with two crippled guys?  Too funny.

I’m really happy that Morgan and Anna are moving in together.  When he was trying to sabotage the relationship with his Wii Sports tennis tournament and then the Morgannuptual I just about died.  You’ve gotta love Lester and Jeff and their repulsion business.  When Jeff said, “You’re going to need a quart of peanut oil, some bubble wrap and as much yarn as you can find.”  I was totally intrigued.  What on earth could he possibly be suggesting.

It was a great show until Chuck didn’t want to move in with Sarah.  Darn him.  I thought that was going to kick off their relationship.  They’re awfully lucky that the rest of the show is to freaking funny that I’ll keep watching even if Chuck and Sarah don’t get together.

The show isn’t on for two weeks but when it comes back it looks like Chuck goes commando.  And by that I don’t mean without underwear.  I mean he goes all GI Joe on us.  That should be worth watching for sure.

You pissed off that Chuck and Sarah didn’t get together?

I think that they’re trying to do the whole Ross/Rachel thing with ‘they’re together…they’re not together’. I wish they’d get together too….but sometimes the chase is more fun than the finish.

I know, I almost thought Sarah was going to say yes to Cole’s invitation at the end, but then when she didn’t because of her feelings for Chuck… so sweet. Only to have her excitement squashed by Chuck’s refusal to move in. He DID, however, say the reason he doesn’t want to is because he’s “crazy about her,” so why didn’t Sarah just ‘fess up or say something to let him know how she feels??

The preview about her being terminated has me wondering if they’re saving it up for that, so that it’s off the job and legit. I’m not sure how much longer I can wait for these two to be on the same page otherwise.
