The Biggest Loser: A Player Returns

lsr_713_01What an interesting episode.  Starting off with Felipe mad at Ron for wanting to send him home.  Of course Ron wanted to send him home.  He’s a threat to his son.  Though truth be told Mike loses way more weight than Felipe so he’s not that big of a threat.  But they had it right.  Ron is playing for his son.  He’s not playing for himself at all.  He’s just trying to take out all the key players so his son has a bigger chance to win and I’m glad they’re finally picking up on that.

Than holy freaking crap.  Can you believe how good Nicole looked and by stark contrast how bad David looked?  That kid hasn’t tried at all but Nicole is the poster child for losing weight at home.  Wow!!  She really looked incredible.

I could have kicked everyone’s butt though for totally attacking her with all of their strategies and game play.  And it really was attacking.  I was so fed up with Tara.  ”I’m so glad you’re here.  Finally someone to compete against.”  Read:  I am really freaked out that you could kick my arse and I’m pretending to be OK with it.

Speaking of Tara.  I have never liked her.  You guys know that so when she fell off her platform in the challenge and was like, “Now they’ll see that I’m not the biggest threat,”  I was like, get over yourself.  My gosh.  Does she think of anyone but herself?  I know she’s probably going to win the whole dang show but I have had enough of her.  Oh, yeah.  Then when she got all mushy at the weigh in I just about puked.  Way to memorize what Jill said and then just regurgitate it.  I don’t think for a minute she actually believed what she was saying.  But then again, I am not her biggest fan so I’m giving her no benefit of the doubt here.

My heart absolutely stopped when Nicole was +5 at the weigh in.  I knew she’d get a bad number because Bob gave his schpeal about stress affecting weight loss but I didn’t expect anything quite that drastic.  I feel so bad for her but at the same time she was kicking major butt at home with her fiance without all the stupid game play so I say, she’s gonna do just fine.

That being said, I was totally pissed off that Ron didn’t go home.  Here we are again with all this mamby pamby, “Who’s gonna do better at home,” garbage.  I hate this season because they are spineless ninnies.  PLAY THE GAME PEOPLE!!!!!!  Ron is playing it, why isn’t anybody else?  I am really disappointed in Kristin for not sending Ron home.  She knows full well what he’s doing.  Aargh.

Am I being way out of line here or are these people digging their own graves and setting Mike up for victory?

SO now you know why I was SOOOO annoyed at the end- I just thought it was so stupid that Nicole comes back, only to go home right away. It was like a nonsense episode, especially when the opportunity to get rid of Ron was there again- and it didn’t happen. You’d think the rest of the players would be trying to break up some of the alliances.

Other than hating Tara, I’m totally with you! (Yes, she bugged me a LOT this episode, but I still like the girl).

I was so sad for Nicole. Yes- it was totally obvious it was going to happen when Bob was talking about stress making you gain weight. (Why do they do that?) I thought she should have had immunity no matter what! What is the point of immunity if it’s conditional?

And Ron has GOT TO GO!!! I’m mad at Kristen for it too. Do they not realize that Ron will always vote for his son, and if they kicked him off, they’d have a better chance of beating Mike without his bodyguard?

Ugh!
