Scrubs: My Soul on Fire Part 2

01I was wrong.  I was wrong.  I, I, I was wrong.  Do you see how I took Elliot’s I was right song and switched it around?  So Elliot and JD didn’t get married and Janitor did.  I was so wrong.  I never thought in a million years Janitor was actually capable of getting married.  Do you say Lady is a lucky girl?  I guess if Janitor does it for her she is lucky.  I guess it’s nice to see his character develop and have a more loving side.

Poor Doug getting left out of everything.  I’m so glad his hair is short again.  I can’t remember if it was this season or last season that it was long but I like it much better short.

It’s also nice to see Jordan and Dr Cox learning to love each other.  Although I loved that they despised each other so much there’s something gratifying about them actually being in love and enjoying spending time together.

And I love that Carla found time to be a wife again and not just a mother.  Even if it’s just for the trip that’s so important to remember what it’s like to be a woman.  Maybe this is a good time to quote the All rep from Celebrity Apprentice and say she found herself a “woman with kids, not a mom.”  That phrase still confuses me on an everyday practical level but I think it really fits for this situation.

And wow.  Can you believe JD actually told Elliot that he loves her more than he loves Turk?  This is a big deal people.  Their bromance is alive and thriving so he must really love Elliot.  I love that he got the Brady Bunch tiki back from Turk and gave it to Elliot.  That’s true love.

All in all, one of the best episodes this season.  Didn’t happen the way I thought it would but I’m totally satisfied.  Can’t wait until they get back to normal next week.

Do you think Elliot and JD will get engaged before the season ends?
