The Office Season 5 Finale: Company Picnic

office_castI apologize for not writing about The Office in quite awhile. (Thursdays are my busiest tv night.) However, seeing as it was the Season Finale, I can’t not blog about it.

I just loved that Michael and Holly were reunited. There is no denying that those two are made for each other! So, now that things are good with Jim and Pam, I’m waiting around for Michael to get his happy ending. (I have a feeling they might drag it out for awhile…)

Another thing worth mentioning is how awesome the opener was. Some of my favorite moments happen when everyone in the office joins together to do something… anything. In this case, it was tiptoeing around the office, shoeless, changing all the clocks and watches so they could trick Michael into letting them leave early. Classic!

You know that feeling when you see a couple and think, “There’s someone for everyone.”? That’s exactly how I felt when they showed Toby and his friend. It was another Toby! That just warmed my heart.

And lastly, Pam is pregnant!!! What?! What a great ending to a great season. As always, I can’t wait for September, when the DVD comes out, packed with deleted scenes, commentary, and hopefully some fun, little extras.

I’m so happy for Jim and Pam. I wonder what this is going to do to their wedding plans?

I love how they’ll sometimes give you little teasers and then backhand you with the surprise- like how the nurse asked Pam if she could be pregnant and she screamed “NO!” so then you’re thinking, “wouldn’t it be so great if she WAS pregnant?” and then she is!!! Fabulous season finale!

Loved this finale, too. I was watching it during the Grey’s commercial breaks, but still saw the big stuff. I loved how mature Michael was about Holly at the end. And Pam pregnant?! Love it!!!
