The Bachelorette: Jillian takes the guys to Vancouver

picture-21 Jillian took Kiptyn on the one-on-one date, and I still love that guy. He’s not the most drop dead gorgeous guy, but he’s cute, and he definitely has a good heart. In fact, of all the Bachelorette seasons, I think I like Jillian’s guys the best. She really does have a lot of great guys to choose from. In just listening to them talk, even they think so. With a couple exceptions, even the guys all like each other and hope that Jill sees through the phonies.

Jill took Mike and Mark on the two-on-one date. I’m sorry, but who is heck is Mark? I do not remember ever seeing him at all. (In fact, I think I thought the same thing last week when she kept him at the rose ceremony.) Anyway, sending Mike home was a shock to me! And apparently to him as well. I mean, they both seem like good guys. Maybe Jill just hasn’t had the time to get to know Mark, and even though Mike is a good guy too, ultimately, if she knows there are guys she likes more, I guess it doesn’t matter who she cuts. Eventually, all but one have to go.

So, I gotta talk about the drama at the cocktail party. What?! It was so sad to see Jillian know that there are loser guys there, but the other guys don’t want to be tattlers, so instead she just has to sit there and guess who it is. I have no idea if Wes really has a girlfriend. I certainly wouldn’t put it past him. But I did feel bad that Tanner was getting crap for telling Jillian about it. (Clearly he wasn’t the only one telling her things.) And I loved that Chris stood up for him.

In the end, she did send home Dave (Hallelujah!- he’s an ___!) and Juan. I really didn’t have that much of a problem with Juan. But I don’t think he was right for Jill anyway. I’m sure she knew that too. I’m crossing my fingers it’s Wes who goes next week. If it is, I will truly be happy with ANY guy she picks, because I really think they are all quality.

Ditto on it ALL! It bugged me that they kept focusing on “girlfriend” thing instead of “being here for wrong reason” thing.I think that is where Wes got off the hook. He probably was justifying “I don’t HAVE a girlfriend, I am just HUNG UP on another girl”. That is my take. Felt bad for Tanner but he needs to go, there is no connection between them.
YOu know what? I like Mark. This process is hard for him, but I think he is nice and HOTTTTTT! To me, when she sent Mike home it was clear to me about attraction. He was perfect and a good guy, but I think she was just plain attracted to Mark more.
I agree, many of these guys just seem like great guys! (Kiptyn, Ed, Jake, Robbie) even the break dance guy is nice- but I don’t see romance between the two of them either.
SOOOOOOO glad Dave is gone and SOOOOOOO glad that she recognized disrespect when she sees it! Can’t wait for him to watch this show and see himself. I am sure he’ll stir up drama at the “Men tell all”. Okay, bye for now!

I was cracking up when Dave was with Jillian. She talked about wanting him to be a gentleman, and how does he behave?! It was hilarious. I knew then he was going home.

When she was with Mark (who?) and Mike, I realized during their one-on-ones that she had more of a connection with Mark. Or at least was more willing to pursue one. I don’t think he’ll be the last one standing (or even the 3rd to last) but we’ll see.

I felt bad for Jake. You could tell he was really hurt by what Jillian said. And the fact that he’s always accused of being too-perfect has gotta be hard. That can scare some women. I was glad he opened up and was so honest about it.

LOVED the date with Kiptyn! I hadn’t seen too much of him till now, and they’ve definately got a good start.

As far as Wes goes, I think he’s there for the wrong reasons. He’s there for his music. I’ll bet he’s got a girl back home who he previously dated and broke up with, but still has some feelings for or at least knows she’d take him back. Can’t you just see him saying that he’s got a girl he could go back to if it doesn’t work with Jillian? I’d bet money that he’s the one she “shockingly” sends home next week. I’ll bet Tanner dishes, but feels horrible about it. I think he honestly doesn’t want to be a snitch, and doesn’t want to see Jillian hurt. He doesn’t seem like the kind to make up a lie to knock out the competition. Unfortunately, I do not see him and Jillian together. I think she’ll keep him around an extra week so as to not punish him for telling, but will eventually let him go. I just don’t see it with them.

That’s all for now!
