Here Come the Newlyweds: “Who is going home with the money.”

e72aa46acf_ltphere05252009What a great final episode.  I loved the challenges for the cards to cancel out a vote.  The Corliss’ were freaking hilarious on the money one.  I want to be in their family if they are going to spend $5000 on a gift.  I don’t know how much money they make but crap they are big spenders.

I was so sad that we didn’t get to see more of the Huffmans and the Iengs.  I’m going to miss both of them.  Maybe they’ll show up on some other reality TV show in the future.  I don’t care what the other couples on the show think.  They are by far my favorites and I think they’ll make it because they’re perfect for each other.

How incredible was it that all three Opportunity cards actually worked in the couples favor?  It was an easy choice for the McMorris’ since they sent the Newberrys packing last week.   Really a no brainer but I can’t believe the Corliss’ chose the right person.  I never would have picked Matt Cox.  There must of been some insight that I didn’t have to make them choose him.

I am so happy that the Corliss’ won.  They were totally real to me and I just couldn’t relate to the McMoriss’.  I loved that the Corliss’ were the underdogs from the beginning but they were triumphant in the end.  This would have been a completely different post if things had gone differently.  There’s nothing like reality TV going the way you want it to.  It makes me feel so good.  Did it go the way you wanted it to?

Congratulations Marlo and Mark!
