Survivor Samoa: All Hell Breaks Loose
Thank goodness for the merge to shake things up. And shake things up it did. Talk about scrambling. Well, I guess it was planned scrambling on Foa Foa’s part.
Can you even believe that Laura won immunity? She ruined everything. Everything. Darn you Survivor for having two immunity necklaces. I don’t care if it would have been unfair for the girls to compete with the guys. I wanted Laura gone.
And way for Erik to take the fall for John’s idea to vote out Monica. I didn’t have any feeling for Erik so it makes me sad that he got sent home for that.
I’m not real happy with Foa Foa for not telling Russell that he didn’t need to use the idol. I think Jaison hinted at it once but that’s not firm enough. The poor guy gave up his idol for nothing. I still really like Russel. Maybe this is a good time to point out that it is Alisa posting this week not Elaine.
Since the previews for next week make it seem like Russell is going home I am going to assume that he is safe. I’m holding onto that tiny sliver of hope. Like I said before I’m not sure I want him to win but I love what he does to the game.
There were some great moments last night and I know I haven’t touched on even a few. What were your favorites?
Survivor Samoa is on Thursdays at 8pm on CBS.

I actually thought this was a great episode! I love it when you have NO idea who is going home. I kinda thought it was going to be Erik, but I didn’t know. And, yes, I loved that Russell was finally thrown off his game. I do think it’s better to have wasted an idol than to go out blindsided, not having used it. He still has plenty of shots to win individual immunity… (IF you’re rooting for him…)
I think it was cool to have 2 immunity necklaces this week… but yes, I was bugged Laura won it.
