The Office: Double Date

off_6009_01It’s Alisa for Elaine this week.  How funny were Dwight and Andy trying to one up each other?  And can you believe Dwight actually thought buying bagels for the office could get Jim fired or himself promoted?  You just can’t underestimate the lengths Dwight will go to to get what he wants.

And you also can’t underestimate what a jerk Michael can be.  Holy crap.  I totally understand him freaking out about her stage in life.  She obviously wasn’t interested in doing the things Michael thought he might possibly want to do but to break up with her like that is just so Michael.  Very Classy.

And then Pam hitting Michael was just too perfect.  I loved how everything calmed down and he apologized and then she hit him because Michael, being Michael, just couldn’t let it go.  He always has to have the last word.  Well certainly not this time.

And something has to be said about Ryan’s nude or at least topless photo shoots in the office with Kelly.  Where is Toby while this is going on?  I assume being those two that they are doing during business hours.  Seriously, what will they come up with next?

The Office is on Thursdays at 9pm on NBC.

I’m very curious to know what Ryan’s been up to with the random fedora and not photo obsession. I suppose we’re supposed to get online and find out, eh?

It was a great episode. I loved how just when Pam was reaching acceptance, Michael broke up with her mom. And the “fight.” Classic office, and I loved it.

This was a classic. Dwight and Andy trying to out-favor each other, Pam actually being OK with Michael dating her mom, Pam deciding to punch Michael after work, Toby showing her the best way, and Michael acting like a scared little school-boy, nervously waiting for the end of the day, where he has to meet his doom in the parking lot. Loved it!
