I have three words for you: Big Badass Burrito (aka B3). But let me back up a minute. In the words of Adam Richman himself, “Sin City has got some sinfully good grub” and we’re not talking about all of the high-class celebrity dining.

Adam’s first stop is at Hash House A Go Go. He affectionately refers to this morning hot spot as the place “where Willy Wonka eats breakfast”. Adam is here to try their famous fried chicken eggs benedict. You have to see it to believe it.

Next up Adam hits Hot N Juicy Crawfish where the secret sauce keeps the restaurant busy and the diners full. Crawfish in the landlocked Sin City? Yep! They fly in fresh crawfish from Louisiana every morning. Also, is there a wedding in Adam’s future?

For the main challenge, Adam heads over to NASCAR Cafe where he takes on the Big Badass Burrito: a 2 foot long, 6 pound mammoth of a burrito with all the fixins. 140 people have battled this beast, but only 2 have succeeded. Adam has 90 minutes to chow down. What’s at stake? If he wins –> unlimited rides for life on their speed roller coaster. If he loses –> he has to wear a pink shirt with “Certified Weenie” on the front. Will he be able to finish in time?

Man v Food is on Wednesdays at 10pm on the Travel Channel

Is this week’s episode of Man v. Food going to be big? You bet. Is it going to be easy? No way. Tomorrow Adam travels to the Deep South to visit New Orleans.

First stop is Mother’s Restaurant where Adam chows down on a classic: the po’ boy sandwich. This isn’t your average sandwich! Find out what makes up “Ferdie’s Special”. Next, Adam travels to Bucktown to try some of Nola’s best seafood at Deanie’s. Can you say barbecue shrimp?

Finally, Adam faces what may be his hardest challenge yet: the 15-dozen oyster challenge at Acme Oyster House. 150 people have tried this challenge, but only 28 have succeeded. Will a little voodoo help Adam succeed?

Man v. Food is on Wednesday at 10pm PST.
