I don’t really know what to think right now.  The show is so new and the characters so undeveloped that I can’t say I don’t like this show but I’m on the fence about it.  I like the drama of trying to find out who murdered Sydney.  I like that every episode we get a little more information about each suspect.  I like that there are so many suspects who hated Sydney so much they would want to kill her.

I kind of like the love quadrangle thats going on and at the same time it really annoys me.  Ella in such a conniving witch I don’t want to see her with a guy as nice as Jonah.  She doesn’t deserve him.  Now, if Riley really isn’t sure about Jonah and needs to get out this is a great time to do it.  But my guess is she’ll leave him at the altar or something equally as dramatic as that for Auggie.  That’s what makes me sad.  I don’t want to see Jonah hurt but I’m afraid it’s inevitable.

And Violet is so creepy.  Every episode she gets weirder and weirder.  Stealing Sydney’s dress and wearing it.  This whole mother fixation is very strange.  Does anyone know who watched the original show if Sydney did have a baby?  That would be a good bit of information.

What do you guys think of the show?  You need more time to decide or do you love it or hate it?

Melrose Place is on Tuesday at 9pm on The CW.

Well, I don’t really know what to say right now.  I enjoyed the show but the acting was pretty bad this episode.  I’m not giving up on it yet though.  Shows usually start out rough and then they find their way after a while.

So are we to believe Auggie is innocent now.  The bloody clothes he burned last episode where from where Sydney stabbed him, not the other way around.  I guess he wont tell the cops about being with Sydney that night because of his past murder charges.  He doesn’t want any link at all.

I knew there was something creepy about Violet.  I can’t believe she stole one of Sydney’s hair and did DNA analysis on it without her knowing.  It seems she’s the number one suspect for now.  She plays all coy and innocent but I don’t think she is.  I think a devil is lurking in there.

Then there’s Lauren who’s turned to high end prostitution to pay for medical school.  How crappy was it that she ran into her friends while on the job.  I wonder if she’s going to do it again.  I kind of felt sorry for the guy that payed for her when he actually felt a connection to her.  Whoops.

I’m still going to give this show a chance.

Melrose Place is on Tuesdays at 9pm on The CW.

So I’m still trying to take it all in.  The show pretty much opens with a murder and then several of the Melrose Place tenants are pitted as the murderer.  What I didn’t get is when they showed us Auggie burning his bloody clothes were they telling us he did it?  It still seemed like they were setting up Violet, Ella and David’s dad.  Sorry to be so naive but were we supposed to believe Auggie killed Sydney?

I loved seeing Jessica Lucas from 90210 as Riley (thank goodness she said yes!) and Stephanie Jacobsen as Lauren (from Terminator:  Sarah Connor Chronicles).  Fun to see them in such different roles.

I think I like the show so far but I’ll give it a few more episodes before deciding if this will be one of my regular shows.  I didn’t watch the original Melrose Place so I have no idea how much of this is a throwback.  I just saw on the website that Sydney is an original character and also David’s dad. You’ll have to let me know what else comes up from the past.

I like a good who done it though so I’m in for now.  How about you?
