How laid back and fun was this episode? I loved that it was just Elliot and Turk hanging out at the hospital with their interns. Now I know you’ve heard me scorn the interns before but they are really growing on me. I’ll still be mad if they get a spin off after this season is over (don’t ask me why, I just will be) but I like how they’re playing into the show.
Have I mentioned before how much I love The Todd? Oh, I have? Silly me. I loved that he was getting so unnerved by everybody giving high fives around him. Who knew that was his only weakness? I mean Carla and Eliot convinced him he was gay at one point and he just totally went with it. He made all the male docs uncomfortable as he flung sexual innuendos their way but he didn’t seem to mind at all. It was hilarious.
I don’t even want to talk about the lady who had to pass gas. Oh, ok maybe I will. But I’ll be quick about it. I love it when we get into Elliot’s head and nonsense that her mother raised her with. How did it go? If she passed gas a demon would suck out the soul of her grandmother. I love how crazy Elliot is.
I loved when Elliot and Turk were considering what it would be like if they got together. Turk would never have gone out with Elliot because her butt is too small. Interesting. I would have thought the reason would be that she’s all kinds of crazy but maybe he was just trying to be nice.
I can’t believe JD would actually take Sam to Disneyland without Turk. That really doesn’t seem like something JD would do but maybe being a father has changed him. I did enjoy Turk’s meltdown when he found out.
And what about Elliot wanting to quit work and be a mom? How awesome is that? Not everyday you see that kind of decision making in a TV show. It makes me wonder how the series is going to end.
I love this show. I’ve watched every episode that’s been on the air and I am so happy that I get these few episodes more. Are you just getting into Scrubs or are you a die hard fan from the beginning?
Scrubs in on Wednesday nights at 8pm on ABC.
